Cap Rates And Comparables
As a new real estate investor living in Jupiter Florida, I am hoping someone can tell me the best way to learn what the cap rates are in this area. Are they published, or should I approach real estate agents and appraisers to get them? Secondly, can anyone tell me the best way to access comparable information online; is it usually available through a Recorder's office? Finally, is there anyway to access a MLS without being restricted to limited information?
