Calling All Hawaii Experts
I am looking to buy property in Hawaii. Maui and Oahu are where I am primarily looking though I'm not locked into those areas. I would like to know if anyone has knowledge of areas where I can meet the following criteria:
1. Relatively populated. i.e. more Kihei than Hana.
2. Priced under 250k.
3. Ocean view, ocean close is better
4. Vaction rental area. Cash flow or small negative with 20% down.
I had all of that in a 1 bd, 1bath condo, beachfront in Kehei in October but was beaten by analysis paralysis.
