Buying HUD Home In CA
After speaking to an HUD agent, is it correct that I have to live in a HUD home provided it's my second property? Can't I rent it out?
Is the purchasing process requiring lot of work, they said it can close in 45 days?
Any pro and con anyone can advise will be greatly appreciated.
