Buying House With Tenant.
What are your experiences with buying houses already occupied? Any trouble getting bank financing(inspect,appraisal) with a tenant. What should I look out for? This also goes for my first peice of property which I would like to move someone in as soon as it is ready and not have to wait till my financing goes through.(Bought it cash) thanks Nick
