I live in northern az where the market was going wild 30% a year and it seems to have slowed down, just curious if cali is slowing as well because it usually trends this way.
Slow is not at all a bad thing if you are looking to buy right now. Plenty of inventory, lots of anxious sellers, could be a good time for you. What are you looking for?
