Bookkeeping Reading
Any good reading suggestings on bookkeeping for rental properties and buying land and developing.
I saw Diane Kennedy's book "Easy Accounting for Real Estate Investors", but have not heard from anyone who has read it personally.

Wow, kevin I don't think I ever saw a post get less interest. Gives you some idea how boring bookkeeping is.
Boring but necessary. Take a course at your local community college.

Don't know about accounting or bookkeeping, but as for land development, I suggest you check out the Building Forum and do research as well in the Articles.
