Birddogging
I have been reading some books and getting all kinds of info about becoming an REI. I think that birddogging is the best way for me to get started and get some hands-on experience. My question is how do I find investors that are interested or have programs for me to get started in?
I know the feeling, however there are countless sites on the web that pay a finders fees to locate different types of properties. I think I am going to sign up with www.Flexbuy.net, they claim to offer training as a speculator which is a fancy word for "bird dog" at no charge.
