Birddog Contracts

Can anyone please recommend a lawyer that can review my bird dog contract and customize it so that the contract fits my needs. I have spoken tto 3 lawyers so far, and all three have no clue what I am talking about. They are making a simple thing into a complicated one. Not one of them knows what a bird dog is and keep telling me that I need to be licensed. I could go on and on... about this, but all I need is a reecommendation to a lawyer in the NY area that can help me. SOMEON PLEASEHELP! Any suggetions are appreciated. Thanks a mill$$$$$$
