Birddog And Marketing Question
To those who birddog, do you market the same why actual investors do to find properties? In other words, do you put out bandit signs, run ads, mailers, etc? Do you actually make enough from birdog fees to pay for all the marketing? Thanks...
I was just wondering if you were spending just as much money on marketing as a regular investor, why would you just be happy making bird dog fees and not the whole profit as a flip or something?
