Bird Dogging A 5-unit Partially Build Town Homes
I have located a 5 unit development, where 2 units are buttoned up and the remaining 3 are in various states of construction (most rough work complete). The property is currently REO and the lenders are looking to sell.
I have been approched via a friend by a home builder that wants to just bird dog the deal to them. I wanted to have a more active role to earn more $$.
The back end profit on the deal is 750K-1M.
What would a fair fee be for just finding it and walking?
