An address of a distressed property or one being sold for sale by owner. Contact number for the owner would be worth a little more than just the address.

I would pay a couple hundred dollars, after I bought the property of course, for an adress of a distressed property.

If the Bird Dog wanted more, he would have to do more!

Examples: If he found the property, negotiated the purchase, short-saled the leinors and/or mortgage companies, supervised the rehab, if any, and arranged the resale... he would earn 50% of the profit on the deal. After the resale closes.

And the Bird Dog can do as much or as little as he is capable of, and earn proportionately.

If the Bird Dog needs 'front money', he receives less, sometimes much less, than if he could wait until resale closing.

Since I am the 'Money Man', I pay for everything as required, but no wages to the Bird Dog.

This system works for me. I have had up to 30 homes at one time titled to me in various stages of rehab...resale.
