Bird Dog In Wake County, NC
I can bird dog properties in Wake County for investors in that area. I had a current list about a month ago; however, I did not know to whom I should supply the list. Can someone also explain at what point in the transaction the bird dog gets paid? (b/f or after the closing or??)
