Bird Dog In KC - Need Help
I, among many other bird dogs, am new to REI and needing to connect with Investor/mentor in the Kansas City Metro area. I come across great deals all the time. Just last week had to pass on a rehab in a good area of the metro. Comps indicated MRV at/around 115-120k. Home at 53k with repairs between 25-30k. I didn't have the capital to do the deal. Would have been great if I could have had someone pick that up. >
