Bird Dog Contracts

I too am a Bird Dog PUP. However, I do have working (not practiced) knowledge in the REI field.
For me, the "CONTRACT" no matter how legal it may be is not good enough. The most important part of an agreement is not needing to use it for legal reasons, but as a "guide" for all parties involved.
First and foremost, HONESTY AND TRUST. You and the other parties need to trust eachother and be honest in your dealings. If you, or them, don't have BOTH of these. GET OUT!, no matter how bad you need it, Don't do it.
I interviewed 7 investor(s) before I chose 1. I devote my spare time for them. Our goal is 25 leads a week. It has been 3 months and it is working out BEAUTIFULLY for them and me.

its always encouraging to see get feedback and different ideas. Eventually we just find out what works for us and take it from there.
