I'm a birddog in Maryland. I would highly suggest purchasing John$Cash$Locke's e-book "Big Bucks Birddogging". You can purchase the book on the website and download it this morning. I have personally followed his instructions to the letter and it has the business card examples you're looking for. The book gave me the confidence to pursue a career in REI. I did not have a clue about REI until I purchased the book and since then, have continously studied under the gurus and moderators of this website forum (EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK). Happy investing.
There are many common ones. You could always try "I have buyers for houses" if you don't intend to put the house under contract yourself otherwise you could use "We buys houses, fast cash, any condition" or something to that effect if you do.

If you are not planning to put the house under contract yourself, would it be incorrect do you think to say "We Buy Houses" since you are part of the process (connecting a buyer with a seller)?

If you're not planning to put the houses under contract, it would be more correct to say "I have buyers for houses"
