Best Wholesaling/Flipping Info. ?
What is the best book and or info I can find on flipping properties? I already have the book by William Bronchik. It is ok, but I would like something more, something with more detail. Can anyone help or have a suggestion? Thanks!! 
Ron LeGrand's Cash Flow Systems, without a doubt. Wholesaling is the bulk of our income and we don't do anything that was not in this set of courses. It's straight, to the point, and easy to understand.
