Beginning Question

I have had experiences where ecperienced investors try to "go around" me as the wholesaler to get properties. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you establish yourself and protect yourself as to not get deals stolen.

Wondering if I was on an island.

Dont do business with anyone you think may go around you and if you do and dont do anything about it they will continue..

You must fight for your rights...

You could always get the property under contract first (with an assignment clause in your contract).

    THEN deal with your wholesalers.

If they want to purchase the property then you assign the property over to them for your finders fee.

Anything is always a possibility. There is no sure way to protect yourself besides possibly purchasing yourself and doing a double closing with the new buyer.
