I am very interested in real estate investing and am wondering which course would be the best to purchase in terms of value and amount of information (clarity is also a factor). I appreciate the assistance. Mike

Spend lots of time on this site. Look up terms you don't know. Leave your wallet at home, and go to barnes and Noble for a few hours a week. The library is great too.
Once you have some direction, a course may be wise, but there is so much good info out there that is free or cheap.
