Beginner Getting Into RE. Any RE Agents Here?
I am looking to get into being a Real Estate Agent or maybean Inspector within 6 months. I dont know much about how I start off.
Can someone tell me what has to be done in order for me to do this...do I have to go to a certain school or take certain classes.
Also I know this message board is for mostly investing which I plan to do in the future but I was wondering if there is a message board similiar to this, but just for becomming an agent or being an inspector.

I was also wondering what the state exam consists of, like what are you supposed to know from the exam and what type of questions do they ask you.

I am a agent in Florida. I hear the NJ test is easy you just go to real estate school and then take the state test. Lawyers write the contracts in NJ.

Go to a bookstore in your area and you should find an exam prep book for the NJ licensing exam. That should give you a pretty good idea of what types of questions are asked.
