Bad Credit + Partner Needed = Money!
Hello everyone I have a eye for finding GREAT DEALS I found a nice piece of property 6 of 7 units being rented out right now tolals $1,910 cash flow. Expense is $770 but I dont have GOOD CREDIT at all The seller is more flexible than "SILLY PUDDY" he is willing to carry as much as possible for the down payment and willing to give me money at closing to cover the repairs! Just so he can move to Montana to be with his Family. WHAT SHOULD I DO? He says he need at least $7-12k to owner finance I DONT HAVE THAT TYPE OF MONEY or else I'd be half way to a Million dollars right now Help me TCI
