I'm an agent working for a reputable auction house in Towson Maryland. We do a tremendous amount of investment properties each month. In my dealings with investors, I'm sensing a need for services that an agent can provide. I'd like to join a few reputable investor teams but would like some of your thoughts in this area. As investors yourself, do see such a need?
