Attorney And Other Fees
Hi all, in thinking about various closing costs what would be a good avg/range for Attorney fees for a 2 Family home in Newark? Is the 6% figure of purchase price a good estimate for total closing costs? Right now, I can think of the following: Title Search/Ins 2-3k Appraiser 250-300 Inspector 250-300 Attorney 2K Anything else? Thanks! -Ariel
