Assigning Contracts For Dummies
OK...I have found another deal, but I am shy and don't know how to approach these people.
Their house has been on the market for 4 months. They bought it in 2001 for 220K. They originally wanted 250K...then lowered it to 220K and now they will take 210K.
How should I offer my services?? I want to put it under contract and sell it...
Again, I am hesitant because I am shy. I would be willing to "share the wealth" with someone who could step me through this...

You need to get over your shyness, never met a wealthy shy person in my life. Learn to fail, it's not the end of the world for someone to say no.
