Asbestos Siding...stay Away From?
I put offers on 2 duplexes. They were build in 1945 and have asbestos siding. I have several clauses so I can back out of the deal, but I just don't know what to think of the siding. I understand that if the siding isn't crumbling its okay. But, will this affect reselling in the future?
Anybody have any advice?

You are correct if you don't interfere with the siding. I have heard that if you pressure wash the house and then paint it, it will seal it and you shouldn't have any future problems for resale.
