Anyone Deal With This RE Training Company.?
Hi, The company is called National Real Estate Investors (creative, huh). They are a training company out of Utah and they have a trainer/mentor program that goes on for 1yr. According to them, they have documented 22 menorted millionaires last year (not all mil. made in 1 yr obviously). They also say that 85% of students close first deal in 90 days. I'm looking into mentoring programs and would like some feedback from previous students. I've talked to students of other programs (conti/finkel, etc) but this company wouldn't give names or put them in contact with me. (afraid student would offer to teach me). Anyone? Thanks

Never heard of them. Beware if they are refusing to give freely of info. I'm a Conti/Finkel student and I say beware of mentorship programs in general. Join your local REI club, make contacts, use this board, make your million and KEEP it.
Have purchased the tapes, they are pretty good. You can get basically the same information from purchasing Marc's book Unlimited Real Estate Potential.
