Any Thoughts On Chicago.
A group of friends and I are looking a some mixed income developements in Chicago, inparticular Park Boulevard. It is backed by the city and other like developements (University City) were a profitable. Anyone have thoughts on this? We are just getting our feet wet .
I would personally take a look at the Logan Square neighborhood on the northwest side. They are beggining to gentrify the neighborhood, and many shops, and eateries are beginning to spring up. There are 2 very close el stops, and its only about 10 minutes from downtown. Properties are still pretty cheap so get in now while you still have a chance.
