Any NYC Investors Who Can Steer Me In The Right Direction?
Hi Everyone,
I have a huge desire to go into real estate and plenty of time on my hands. But I'm finding the few things that I have done have not generated any responses for me.
I started in July by putting an ad in the Daily News, Bronx Pennysaver, and those pull tab signs around my farm area and simply received nothing. Who knows, maybe my problem is that I have very little money so my ads weren't in the papers very long, nor were my signs up very long but I became discouraged quickly by not getting not even one response... I don't want to give up but I'm getting close to the idea.
Now, I'm looking to go to the courthouse and focus on pre-foreclosures.
But first before I end up at another dead end I wanted to ask anyone if they have a "procedure" that has given them solid results?
