PS: There is probably no way of knowing the answer to your question, as there are no actual statistics anywhere that I have seen that would confirm any guesstimate from anyone.

I was thinking one way to guesstimate:
- I can get how many non owner occupied units are in US (Census?)
- extrapolate and run scenario with 10, 50, 100 units per investor to get a guesstimate.
would that be good? do you know non owner occupied units in the US beforehand and info source? (would save me time to dig for it).
