Another Newbie Question
I hear lot's of people talking about mailing postcards and advertising. I assume you are offering to buy properties? Is this to find motivated sellers before they list with an agent or newspaper? I assume you can find better deals if you get them first? What kind of things do you say in your ads? Is this the only way to get started in REI? Just curious.
