I have tried to find information about them and came up empty handed...they do check out ok with the Florida BBB.
I called them and they charge $615 for the manuals and can call them if you have questions. Sounds like a great deal...but I figured that it's probably best to find Local investors and assign the contracts to them. Just call all the "I Buy Houses" ad's in your paper.
