Albany And Upstate NY REI
I'm looking at several properties in Albany and upstate NY. The areas are a little run down and most of the homes are over 100 yrs old. However the prices are cheap, perfect for generating a positive cash flow using either section 8 renters or regular renters. I'm aware that with homes that old a good inspection is vital to assure minimal repair cost. Although the homes in the area appear to be occupied with working class people in the low income bracket, I'm somewhat concerned with the condition of neighborhoods. Does anyone have any insight on RE in the Albany and Upstate NY area?
