You posted late in the eve, so maybe not so many ppl were on.

Try going to the shop tab from the homepage. You can search by author, most popular, etc, for courses and materials on real www.estate.I'm sure there's a forclosure one in there. Take a look at one you might seriously think about purchasing and post about it to see what ppl's reactions are on it.
Also if you click on the services tab, there' a forclosure lead list, that might get you started. However i think there are a few ways of obtainning info on those.

    Good luck, hope this helps.

Two books you may helpful. The first I got from the library, Fortunes in Foreclosures. I don't remember the author's name but I really liked bec. in the first 1 or 2 chapters, it went over a lot of real estate terms and definitions. It also gave actual purchases, examples of forms to use for determining if a deal is good or not. As a newbie, it worked for me.
Secondly, the next book, "Making big money investing in foreclosures w/o cash or credit" by Peter Conti and David Finkel, I purchased and found very helpful. Very practical, step-by-step teaching. The training is a little pricey but how high is the price of investing in yourself............ Hope it helps!

I personally think that "Sub To" is an important tool to have in your toolbox when it comes to preforeclosure tactics.
Get Locke's course and the mentoring he provides.

Stop shouting. It's the quickest way to get people to AVOID giving you advice. You could also find yourself in TCI jail.

Please be advised that it was not my intention to be shouting , I just left the "CAPS" on , nothing meant by it , honestly. I think jail would be rather harsh but if those are the rules that are found in the small print, then forgive me for not reading them all,Okay?

I agree with Stockpro99, Subject 2, by John Locke is a must ,especially when dealing with motivated sellers, whether its preforclosures or for whatever other reasons.

Thanks people I've ordered subject2 and will look into the local library for the other reccomendations too, again thx
