Advice Needed
Hello guys, I am really a rookie, in prefoclousure and foclousure properties, but want to lear all ins and outs. I want to try to sentd out a letter to the owner in trouble after NOD has been issued to convince him that I can keep his credit clean, and try to buy his house from him. Is it the right way to do it?
Ones again sorry if my questions are childish for the pros here, I just think that I can learn and get into the game, and now is really good time in my opinion.

All the ins and outs are talked about on the foreclosure forum- spend a few days reading the threads and you will be ready to ask specific questions people will take the time to answer. No one wants to write up a course on buying foreclosures when it has already all been written about-
