Additions/Renovations
Looking at purchasing a multifam in Boston that needs work..What is a general rule of thumb for the cost (per sq ft) of doing additions / finishing basements. Im handy and will do things like drywall and flooring, but the other major things I will contract out for.. Any idea what a good estimate per ft is..Any help is appreciated..

What kind of rehab are we talking about? electrical? plumbing? Try and be a little more specific. Do you get many properties in the Boston Area?
