About Your Ad In The Paper...

Hey guys,

I just got home and there were about 6 messages left on my voice mail do to my ad in the paper....I forgot to turn the call fwd on.

I don't suggest you have a machine answering your calls, a live voice is better and people don't like to leave messages.

But what is my secret....well, my ad reads like this:

Moving from Michigan
I'll buy your house, pay all cash
and close quickly. 407###

I did it this way because I was broke and I was able to get the private party rate as opposed to the commercial rate lol my ad is running for 5 weeks straight and I get a fair amount of calls.

it rained today so more people are prone to call....and it's wednesday and Mr. Locke says most calls will come on a wednesday and weekends and I guess he was right.

Just wanted to give us broke people a tip. And if you run an ad simular to this you better do a deal because the paper people will get a stick up their butt and want to charge you at the commercial rate.

It took me 2 weeks to buy a house off of this ad and it's netting me 22K, it cost me 79 bucks a week.

    Oh, and the deal was a sub to deal from a divorce couple but you'll get all kinds of people calling.

    After your term is up with this ad, take away the moving part and go back to the basics. this will weed out the realtor's and unmotivated sellers.
