A Topic For A Good Article...
Hi
I have a question and it occurs to me that this might be something that would be good to include for others as part of a FAQ or Article for beginners.
Being somewhat new to all this, I am trying to decide what area(s) of REI I would like to start with.
Could someone explain, very briefly, the benefits or advantages of the following types of investing. (relative to each other).
In other words, if I were someone with little money, one type of investing might be better than another, one better for beginners or one type bettet for pure profit.
I haven't been able to find this information without reading a book on each. I would rather have some basic info up front and then, after making a decision, research and read about a particular dicipline.
Birddoging
Subject to
Foreclosures
Wholesaling
Flipping
Short Selling
If this is too much to ask someone to explain in this forum, is there documentation somewhere that I can find a little out about each type of investing w/o spending 2-3 weeks reading on each one.
