Who_Me is right. There are so many avenues to making money in real estate, you really need to decide which avenue and then by all means read all you can in that particular forum and/or buy a book on it so that you are proficient.
O.K. Initially, I would like to start building up cash. So, I can only assume that wholesaling, flipping would be the avenue to take?
