4 Unit Rental Raleigh N.c.
I am looking to buy a 4unit rentl property. One uint for my family. 2 bed 1.5 bath. Then the next 3 can be a mix .I have $10,000 for down payment , I want to keep my montly payment to just around $850. Im moving from N.J. and need advise on how to go about this investment deal i have not yet fully thought up.
