2nd Mortgage On 3 Family Non-owner Occupied Property?

Does anyone know what bank would give a 2nd mortgage on 3 family non-owner occupied property in CT up to 90%LTV? I bought a 3 family property, put 25% down, and would like to get 15 of the 25% back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    how long ago did you buy the property?

    are you full doc? What is your fico score?

    does the prop cash flow when you subtract your additional payments?

    Purchased 3 months ago, will go full doc, 710 + FICO, does cashflow well.
