1st Time Homebuyer
For the past five months, I have been working with real estate agents (a couple were not very helpful) in order to find property (preferably 2-Unit) on the south side of Chicago, IL. I have been preapproved and the units that I am interested in seem to go very quickly, or are over the limit that I have set for myself (165,000). I'm trying to find something before it gets cold (I'm also looking to live in this building.). I am looking for any suggestions that would be helpful in finding property. I should also mention that I after I have purchased my 1st property, I am interested in purchasing other properties.
