Writing Up A Commercial Contract Question....
I am wanting to put in an offer on a self serve wash and I am not sure how to do commercial contracts. It is bank owned and they stated they do not want to work with real estate agents. So can someone give me some advice on what to do or put in these contracts.

You might ask them if they have an offer form that they use. You can also grab a generic offer form off the Internet. I use nupp legal forms.
