Walking Away With Cash In MD

I put a contract down on a 3 unit home, but need to work a deal where I can walk away from the table with 10K to complete the 3rd unit. The seller is not interested in completing the construction, so I need to work something where he can walk away not having to worry about the property any more. Any ideas are appreciated.

    I purchased a condo, the seller would not go for this. We found a Bank that would give us a home equity loan with no seasoning, so we could rehab the unit. This is also an idea. The unit sold for 115,000, other units are selling for 170,000 and we are putting approx. 7,000 into rehab. There was plenty of room. Talk to your Mortgage person, tell them what you want to do, maybe they have some ideas.

    www.realtytime.com What local agents say about the market. The agents want you to buy and sell so they are bias. If you find one that talks negative a little about the area, give them a call and ask more questions. They tend to be the most honest.
