Selling / Leasing An Office Building
how important is it for the broker to specialize in offices ?
his company has lots of office listings, but the individual broker specializes in warehouses. although he does have a couple office listings.
on the plus side, he seems to be very knowledgeable about commercial real estate, and has been very responsive to all my needs.
