Getting Money Back At Closing?
How can I get money back at closing? Hard Money lender is lending me 1.4mill on a property, property appraises for 2.2million. If I want to put a little money in my pocket could I get money for repair that needs to be done on property: Like have someone do an invoice and or inspection saying that property will need x amount of dollars of repairs?
The typical way it is done - is to build it yourself. Every deal is different
Would you have a complex sample so I can work from it?
