Forming An LLC In AZ

I am forming an LLC to accept rental property. Since this is my first LLC, I am considering using one of the online services to do this. Any comments or suggestions from those who have been there and done that?
Thanks for your input.

I did a c-corp through the online store, but as a nevada corporation to save on taxes. They were pretty good and it was worth the extra money for me to have all the paperwork done for me. If you like doing it yourself you can save a grand or more. But personally I like to pay the extra to make sure I have all the paperwork in order.

    Good Luck,
    Kyle

Thanks for the input! In the meantime I found the courage to attempt the paperwork myself. Up to now all has gone well. I payed a few dollars more to have the filing done quicker, and received the filing notice within a week. As soon as my accounts are set up, my first LLC is ready to go.
I won't be shy about sharing any bumps I encounter on the road ahead, but so far, so good.

Good job, you don't need anyone else to set up a corp for you, but you! The exception being if you are so busy making deals you can't be bothered. In that instance, you get your highly competent acct to take charge, as an extension to his fiduciary responsibiltiy.
