Condo Hotel Investment
Recently I came to know of a major motel compnay converting one of their motel in Florida to a Condo hotel. Nearly most of them are sold a few units remain. I am trying to make a decision soon to reserve one unit. Do any of you have any advice in this sort of investment.
As most I also worry about the Bubble burst. One room is going for 70k and I do not know if it will go up any further
