Can anyone compare Dallas/ Huston/ Austin investing in rental units vs. Oklahoma in terms of appreciation and return on investment?
TX investment property cap rates seems to be 10% or higher but the taxes are high and is not easy to resell the building you own. How is in Oklahoma?
