i need an assignor. I worked with for over a year and
together we made $120,000. However, my assignor
proved untrustworthy. I have 25 years experience and
I have had no complaints nor have I been sued.
therefore, i know how to pick my properties. I would
be willling to put up some of my own money.
My area is san francisco, oakland, alameda county
solano county and san joaquin.

You will definitely need some money to put down. What I would suggests is finding one or some people to be silent investors, and offer them a monthly return that you can both agree on.
