Assignment Of Contract...i Know Its Been Covered Probably A Million Times...

hello all.

i have gotten over the fear of making the call to the seller...it happened today...

now i have a lead that wholesales property and is flexible for all cash, quick close deals.

i am only a property scout/bird-dogger right now. i do not want the other investors i work with to go around me and drink from this succulent lead.

so, i need to know what other necessary documents do i need to secure this property to assign to the other investors?

so thats the question...do i need only a contract to purchase...or are there other documents needed?

i will appreciate any assistance here. i need your help! i can not do this alone.
