Small Office Rentals
anyone have any experience renting out an office building one room at a time ? seems like we can get more per foot in these smaller 150 ft -300 ft spaces on month to month leases but perhaps turnover too high doing it this way ?Office vacancies running in 20-25% in area and thought this might be a solution? I have never personally been involved with the type of lease property you are refering to but I do know of one group that is doing what you are proposing. They lease out small office space, month to month. They are pretty successful at it but it is time intensive from a management point of view.
